Job Description
The Design Engineering Manager will oversee the end-to-end engineering and product development process, leading a team of engineers to develop and launch exceptional bikes. The successful candidate will have technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for cycling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and product development roles
- 5+ years in an engineering leadership/managerial role
- Proven leadership experience
- Functional expert in mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Passion for bicycles and the cycling industry
