Job Description
The Quality Engineer, Supplier Development plays a key role in strengthening supplier quality performance and manufacturing capability across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional partners to lead audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, or related field).
- Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, auditing, or supplier development.
- Hands-on experience performing supplier audits and managing CAPA.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Auditor certification (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Vietnamese; Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally to supplier sites.
