Specialized is looking for an independent and open-minded Workshop Leader to join their team in Munich. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the workshop and a passion for the bike industry.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a bicycle mechanic, preferably at a bicycle dealer
• Completed training as a two-wheeled mechanic, two-wheeled mechatronics master, or two-wheeled mechatronics master
• Excellent skills as a mechanic, particularly in connection with e-bikes and MTB
• Extensive experience in working with suspension forks (dampers)
• Proactive, curious, and highly motivated
• Team player, identification with our company philosophy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and reading
• Solid knowledge of all common MS Office applications
• Active cyclist with a great passion for sports is a plus
