Job Description
The Business Development Analyst supports Specialty1’s inorganic growth strategy through financial analysis, data gathering, and transaction support across specialty dental practice acquisitions and partnerships. This individual assists in evaluating prospective opportunities by preparing financial analyses, supporting due diligence efforts, and contributing to the development of materials used by senior leadership to assess strategic and economic viability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, or related financial services experience
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
