Job Description
Our office, Advanced Periodontics Implant Center in Rancho Mirage, CA, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. The ideal candidate should be able to deal with complaints, give accurate information, and make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
Requirements
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updates records and files
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
