Surgical Assistant

We are seeking a talented surgical assistant to join our busy specialty practice. The role involves assisting the surgeon during procedures, preparing surgical areas and instruments, and providing excellent patient service.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as surgical assistant, specialty is preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• A high school diploma
• A certificate from an accredited surgical assistant program (if required by law)
• An active state radiology license (if required by law)
