Treatment Coordinator

Georgia Endodontics- Tucker is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their busy specialty practice. The role involves coordinating appointments, assisting patients with financial arrangements, and ensuring a positive experience for patients.

Requirements

• Treatment planning experience
• Previous experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or in a similar patient-facing role, equating to 3-5 years of experience in similar work
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and the dental team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex treatment information in a clear and understandable manner
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
• Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service
• High school diploma
