Communications Specialist - Burnaby BC

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the business plan through content creation and internal communication towards Support office colleagues, Partners and Store teams. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days on-site at our Burnaby office and 2 days remote per week.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of relevant communications experience
• Ability to design and deliver strategic communications plans that connect business priorities, align stakeholders, and shape initiatives into a unified, enterprise-wide message
• Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills, specifically with executive to senior level leaders
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
• A good understanding of digital communication tools and channels
• Basic visual design and video editing skills (Ideally Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Able to balance big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail, bringing a passion for quality, excellence, and continuous improvement
