Job Description
We're looking for an experienced UK Payroll Services Manager to lead payroll services, pensions, expenses, and benefits for Specsavers across the UK. This senior leadership role involves strategic and operational delivery, leading a team, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep payroll and pensions expertise
- Strong leadership capability with experience of leading change and transformation
- Collaborative approach, with ability to work with stakeholders and solve complex challenges
- CIPP qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Confident working across multiple payroll cycles and pension schemes
- Comfortable using data and systems to improve performance
