Recruiter

Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter within a technical environment and do you get energy from successfully filling vacancies? Do you enjoy a hands-on role involving vacancy texts, applications, interviews, and close contact with hiring managers? Then this Recruiter position at SPECTO Aerospace could be for you.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, independently filling vacancies
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, preferably within a technical or industrial environment
• Familiarity with Recruitee or a comparable ATS and other recruitment software
• Experience with social media recruitment and working with Canva
• Good command of Dutch and English, with a practical and independent working attitude
• Available for 24–28 hours per week and in possession of a Category B driving licence
