Job Description
Support customer inputs, develop customer base, and leverage company core competences to identify and develop new business opportunities in established and/or new market applications.
Requirements
- Produce offers and quotations to current and prospect customers for existing and new products
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars
- Visit customers to ensure satisfaction and develop new opportunities
- Input data into corporate planning and customer system (Salesforce)
- Contribute to the expansion of the company through identification of growth opportunities
- Facilitate seamless transition of clients from prospect to customer
- Assemble data and compile reports to provide update on market trends, growth opportunities, and results of efforts
- Provide contract review for accuracy
- Ensure appropriate billing and shipping activities
