The OEM Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and strengthening long-term partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers and Tier 1 Manufacturers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in OEM sales, business development, or strategic account management (Automotive, Heavy Truck, Construction preferred).
- Proven ability to build and manage executive-level customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer portfolios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer needs
