Sr. Product Manager-Android OS & Spectralink On-Device Platform

Spectralink is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of their Android OS platform and on-device platform capabilities. This role requires 7+ years of experience in technical product management and understanding of embedded software and operating systems on custom hardware. The successful candidate will have experience working with third-party vendors and managing complex, cross-team dependencies in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, platform product management, or system-level product roles
• Understanding of embedded software and operating systems on custom hardware, with Android/Linux experience preferred
• Proven experience working with third party vendors, with ODM or offshore development partners preferred—writing SOWs, managing vendor execution, coordinating across time zones
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-team dependencies in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Experience with structured requirements practices—creating clear, testable acceptance criteria across the full requirements lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical concepts into clear product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
