Association Coordinator (JellyBird Brand) - (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Houston offices) - We Are Growing! Come Join the Team!

We are looking for positive and motivated professionals to join our team as Association Coordinators. This role is a great opportunity to learn a new industry and skill set, with a comprehensive training program provided. As an Association Coordinator, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of small associations, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least six (6) years of professional work or related experience in administrative duties
• High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to catch on to other business computer systems
• Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills
• Some experience and knowledge of financial statements and budgets
• Comfortable with facilitating board meetings when requested by the boards
• Great conflict management skills in sometimes stressful situations
• Experience with gathering bids for small to large projects and management of those projects for the community
