Job Description
We are looking for a Closing Specialist to work in a stable, recession-proof industry. The role involves data entry, database accuracy, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners and vendors. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to handle large volume of data entry with accuracy
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clear and concise written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
