Production Team Leader

We are seeking a people-focused Production Team Leader who will lead from the front on the shop floor, engaging the team, and driving continuous improvement to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Requirements

• Supervise the Test & Diagnostics function
• Support the Production Manager with day-to-day management of production tasks and staff
• Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality and safety requirements
• Monitor performance and task completion, and carry out performance management activities
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities within manufacturing area
• Responsible for training or coordinating training of team members
