Job Description
We are hiring Personal Support Workers (PSW) in East York, including Thorncliffe Park and Concorde Place. As a PSW, you will provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, ensuring patients can recover safely from an acute illness or remain in their homes throughout the aging process.
Requirements
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities or the Ministry of Education approved program
- RN/RPN Student who with a minimum successful completion of year one of the program
- Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife or Physician
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
- Updated TB Test (last 12 months)
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
