Requirements

• Answering phones in the call center
• Assembling patient trays
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment
• Delivering and picking up meal trays
• Managing stock
• Preparing and maintaining serving lines
• Serving food
• Setting up and operating the cash register station
• Performing routine and heavy-duty cleaning
• Transporting refuse and/or other materials
• Maintaining sanitary conditions
• Setting up and delivering food carts
• Retrieving carts and returning them to the dish room
• Stripping patient and cafeteria trays
• Sorting soiled equipment
• Participating in quality monitoring activities
• Assisting with the care and maintenance of department facilities, equipment, and supplies
