Job Description
Clinical Social Worker MSW Part time- 24 hours a week. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assist patients and families with complex psychosocial needs. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop plans, and provide consultation and resources to healthcare team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work
- State of Michigan Social Work License
- LMSW expected within 5 years of employment
- Experience in individual, family assessment, crisis intervention, grief and loss counseling, and discharge planning preferred
