As a CNA Transportation, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse. You will be involved in conducting/implementing community and hospital-based programs or special events as designated. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activity opportunities for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
- Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association 60 Days required
- Driver's License - State of Michigan within 60 Days
