Job Description
The Emergency Security Dispatcher Associate is responsible for monitoring emergency alarm systems, triaging security requests, and arranging resources. The position requires exceptional customer service and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Ability to operate a virtual switchboard and utilize the overhead paging system
- Ability to monitor and respond to internal emergency systems
- Ability to use Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) systems
- Ability to work in a hospital or dispatch setting in an environment of comparable size and complexity
