Job Description
The Hospitality Tech Senior will assist patients and care teams by ordering and delivering meals, completing daily room cleaning, providing one-way transport, and responding to non-clinical requests through concierge technology. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork to create a seamless and positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Work as a team member to contribute to the overall success of Corewell Health
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff, visitors, patients/residents
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Provide training and ongoing instruction to new and existing Support Services staff
- Act as team lead during uplines absence and reports work-related issues to upline
- Assign, coordinate, inspect employee work assignments, and complete quality assurance inspections
- Ensure services are provided in accordance with state and federal regulations, accreditation and compliance requirements, and organizational policy
