Nursing Assistant Long Term Care

Full-time Nursing Assistant Long Term Care position available at Corewell Health Commons - Farmington Hills. Shifts are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with variable days and every other weekend. Unit focuses on sub-acute rehab, long-term care, and dementia care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed training at accredited nurse assistant training facility
• CRT - Nursing Assistant – Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems upon hire
• Ability to maintain twelve hours of service hours annually
