Occupational Therapist provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction, educates patients and caregivers, and arranges for adaptive equipment. Performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and documents patient progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Licensure: Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• Certification: CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
