Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy to patients in acute care and subacute rehab settings on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in the State of Michigan. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required
- CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
