Job Description
Occupational Therapist PRN provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction, providing patient/caregiver education and adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience
- CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
