Registrar

The Registrar will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely registration process for patients. This includes obtaining accurate demographic, clinical, and insurance data, collecting co-pay/deductible, residual, and prior balances, and providing patient way finding as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service role or healthcare industry
• Must be 18 years of age
• Proficient in medical terminology
• Assimilated proficient typing requirements
