Job Description
Corewell Health Ludington Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Assistant to assist in administering routine respiratory care services and perform respiratory procedures under the supervision of a licensed respiratory care practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting information on respiratory care rendered, ensuring patent airway and adequate ventilation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and contributing to the effective communication needs of the patient care team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory therapy program pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross
