RN Cardiac Stepdown

The RN Cardiac Stepdown position is located at Dearborn Hospital, a Level II trauma center and recognized for clinical excellence and innovation. The role provides professional nursing care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, using the framework of the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles.

Requirements

• Associates in Nursing Required
• Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from one of the following organizations - American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Required upon hire
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
• Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years
