Job Description
As a Hospice RN at Corewell Health, you will provide end-of-life care and symptom management to patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. You will work in a hybrid environment, visiting patients in various counties and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create an outcome-based plan of care.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- 1 year of relevant experience preferably in Hospice
- Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
- State of Michigan Driver’s license upon hire
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
