Job Description
The Sr. Operations Specialist works independently to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports the strategies, initiatives, and goals of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant leadership experience preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare and working within an organization of size and comparable to Corewell Health
