Job Description
The Workday Finance Senior Business Systems Analyst will formulate and define project scopes and objectives, devise procedures to solve problems, and provide technical project management. The role involves analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into system requirement specifications. The position requires a deep knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning systems, as well as experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care, sciences, or information systems, and will be able to work effectively in a diverse technology environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in systems development lifecycle including, requirements gathering and design
- Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
- Background in health care, sciences or information systems
