Job Description
Manufacturing Operator job requires setting up parts to be machined on lasers, monitoring progress, and inspecting/measuring machined parts for quality and accuracy. It involves accurately recording all points in the manufacturing and testing process, maintaining equipment and work area clean, and complying with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to run several machines concurrently
- Excellent eyesight and judgment
- Ability to enter data onto a computer
- Mathematical Skills - Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Reasoning Ability - Ability to form independent conclusions related to tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Good eye to hand coordination
