Concierge - Part Time

The Concierge will greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls, respond to resident and family member questions, and handle emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, experience in an office environment, and strong communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred
• Technology skills are important
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong communication skills are critical
