Job Description
We are seeking a Medication Assistant, Memory Care - Part Time to join our team. As a Medication Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs, transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record, and assisting residents with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience working with an elderly population is preferred
- Experience with dementia patients is helpful
