Job Description
The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN)
- Working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Three years' experience in assessment and geriatric nursing, preferred
