Job Description
SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in Riverside, California.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance student mobility and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with other service providers to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Educate parents and families on treatment goals.
- Document student progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Provide support and guidance for students with disabilities and those requiring early intervention.
