Desktop Services Administrator

The Desktop Services Administrator will ensure the proper operation of computer systems and software while providing technical support to end users globally.

Requirements

• Manage the software and hardware inventory
• Provide training to end users
• Ensure all desktop systems comply with the company's security policies
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Applications teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software-related issues
• Support and troubleshoot end users remotely and in person
• Manage user accounts and access rights
• Monitor the ticket queue
