Edge Network Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Edge Network Engineer to lead complex edge, network, and cloud platform deployments. The role will act as a technical lead and subject matter expert during onboarding, migrations, and new platform integrations. Success in this role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead both technical workstreams and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Lead customer deployments of edge computing infrastructure, cloud integration, and SD-WAN platforms.
• Act as the technical point of contact for end-to-end implementation activities, including architecture planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Work closely with project managers, systems engineers, and customer stakeholders to align on design and timelines.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across operating systems, hypervisors, containers, and networks.
• Develop automation scripts and reusable tooling to improve speed and consistency of deployments within the larger context of the company strategy.
• Document procedures, configurations, and lessons learned; contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in internal enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in periodic customer workshops to review implementation design as needed to support large-scale or complex rollouts.
