CNC Team Lead

Help build the future of high-performance automotive parts as a CNC Team Lead at Speedway Motors. Lead the team that manufactures parts powering Speedway's hot-rod and racing innovations. Work with modern, high-tech machines to produce high-quality components.

Requirements

• Associates degree in precision machining, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five to seven years of related experience
• CNC lathe experience, including live tooling, multi spindle, and turret, Swiss lathe experience preferred but not required
• Advanced Cad/Cam programming skills, Solidworks, and related software used in manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with computer and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication and follow standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of manufacturing, CNC manufacturing methods, and tooling, and proficient with the operations of CNC machines
