Spektrum has a wide range of exciting opportunities in several global locations. We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects, specifically the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway.

Requirements

• 3 years of working experience within the last 10 years
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of NATO’s multi-joint, full spectrum operations
• Demonstrate 3 years in the last 10 professional application of a recognized mentoring practitioner qualification
• Senior staff, or equivalent military or national Defence College Graduate
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
