Network Engineer

Spektrum is seeking a Network Engineer to support key client projects, specifically the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain the core network architecture for large organizations, with a strong foundation in IPv4/IPv6 networking and experience with dynamic routing protocols. The role involves working in an international environment, comprising both military and civilian elements, and requires a valid National Top Secret or NATO Cosmic Top Secret personal security clearance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining the core network architecture for large organizations
• Practical experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware/software networking elements
• CCNA Routing and Switching or similar training/certification
• At least 2 years practical experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining the core network architecture for large organizations
• Good practical experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware/software networking elements
• Knowledge and experience of routing and protocol expertise, SD-WAN and network virtualization, troubleshooting and automation, and prior experience working in an international environment
