Senior Official within Ministry of Public Works, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications or equivalent of the Affected Nation

Spektrum has exciting opportunities for a Senior Official to join their team and support key client projects, specifically for the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves providing subject matter expertise to realistically represent a Senior Official within the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Works, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in the field of Infrastructure and Transport at Executive level of a Ministry of Public Works (or equivalent) in the Regions represented.
• 3 years' experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers at the governance level in a National or Multinational environment.
• 3 years' experience in influencing policy making on Infrastructure, Transport and/or Logistics at ministerial level (or equivalent International Organization level) in the region represented in the scenario.
• University/Bachelor's Degree
• Business English
