Voice Technician

We are seeking a Voice Technician to support a project providing full Operations and Maintenance of all systems, services, and facilities located in Bosnia and Hercegovina. The role requires 3 years of professional experience and relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Collaboration.

Requirements

• 3 years professional experience in the required area
• Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Collaboration- (Code 100-890 CLTECH) or equivalent qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco UCM and CUC
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Collaboration End points (Cisco 79XX, 88XX series phones)
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco MGCP, CUBE
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VoIP and SIP Signalling
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting ISDN, FXO lines
• Poly Video Professional (Code- VIDEO-PRO) or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of NATO Polycom video conferencing solutions, including hardware and software components
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Polycom endpoints, infrastructure, and collaboration tools
• Understanding of networking principles and protocols relevant to video conferencing (e.g., SIP, H.323)
• Familiarity with other related technologies such as VoIP, codecs, and Unified Communications
• Familiarity with industry-standard collaboration services (such as Skype, WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, and multiple language platforms)
