Job Description
Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is offering an Apprentice Test Technician position in Pulborough, UK. The role involves a 2-year apprenticeship program with day release to study for a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technologies. The technician will be employed in manufacturing and will support the application of learning from college and gather evidence for completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering – Technical Support Technician qualification.
Requirements
- Minimum of four GCSE's at grades A-C or 4-9 including Mathematics, English and a Science
- Ability to achieve pass marks in initial apprenticeship assessment process
- A thorough and methodical approach to problem solving
- Self-motivated
- Computer literate
- A quick learner and logical thinker
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A keen interest in engineering design and manufacturing
