HRIS Analyst I

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst I to provide support activities, including research, issue resolution, and support of training initiatives within Workday. The successful candidate will conduct mass system updates, business process improvement, and employee records management, and maintain documentation of existing processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant training, education, or experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR technology, or a related systems support function, including 2 years of direct Workday experience.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
• Ability to create test scenarios for unit and end-to-end testing.
• Strong data analysis and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
