Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join our expanding team, offering structured training, long-term development, and the chance to earn strong commission from day one.
Requirements
- Prospecting and generating new business leads
- Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book appointments and introduce the company's payment solutions
- Learning how to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions
- Meeting achievable KPIs for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions
- Working closely with the senior sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and managing follow-ups
- Representing the business with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
