Clinic LPN - Clinic Float Pool

The Clinic LPN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, supervised by a School of Nursing. This role involves patient intake, history collection, and excellent patient care, while prioritizing and responding to patient calls and messages. Knowledge of the nursing process and holistic family-centered care are expected. Must maintain current nursing licensure and be able to attend 80% of scheduled meetings.

Requirements

• Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN.
• Current Montana State Board of Nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and a changing environment.
• Academic/professional growth through ongoing education.
