Job Description
The Medical Social Worker will participate in an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to patients experiencing chronic or terminal illnesses, including advocating for their needs and connecting them with resources. They will assist with advanced directives, insurance applications, and grief counseling, collaborating with both patients and families to ensure optimal health and well-being.
