Job Description
This part-time Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Specialist position requires administering TMS treatments to patients experiencing severe depression. The role involves developing relationships with patients, managing treatment schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation within an EHR system. Administrative support tasks, including prior authorizations, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling, are also included.
Requirements
- 2 years’ healthcare experience
- Experience with insurance billing and coding practices
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Current National Certified Medical Assistant designation
- Basic Life Support certification
- Capacity for cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity
